What I’m doing right now …
I’m on a roll … here’s my layout for Week 11 (2011). Everything on the page and the template is from Baers Garten at Scrpbookgraphics. The template is from one of her Everyday 365 Template sets and all the elements/papers are from the March Everyday 365 kit.
I have the layout for Week 12 started and it’s currently open and in progress. I’m really hoping I can get it done tonight and then tackle Week 13.
52 Week Project:
My week 13 photo for the 52 Week Project was taken at a go-kart course in Tucson. We attended an event and part of the fun all the adults got a chance to race. Though this is a self-portrait project … I didn’t actually take this one myself since I was driving. I have to thank my hubby for this one.
Week 14’s photo was also taken by Mike. It just sort of worked out that way. This is me, waiting for the subway while in NYC. We had the best grown-ups only getaway the NYC and this is just a peek into our time there. Mike took the photo with my iPhone and the Instagram ap.
This might seem like an unlikely reading pick for me … but Mike brought it with him when he came to see me in NYC and recommend a few of the short stories. I read the first he suggested and loved it. The stories aren’t really “sports” stories. They use sports to tell all sorts of stories. Love it.
Birthday party planning is done and now it’s just time to pick up a few last minute supplies and get our party on. It’s all Shelby can talk about. I bought her a new outfit today so she can wear a pretty skirt to her party. And I got Coop some new shorts and a top … so he’ll look spiffy too! I can’t wait. We’re gonna have lots of fun!April 8, 2011
