The Numbers

I run.

Four weeks into my new fitness routine and here’s where  I am at:

I’ve walked or ran 39.2 miles (these are my official gym miles and doesn’t included hiking at the Grand Canyon).

I have lost 11.4 pounds thanks to religiously following the Weight Watchers program.

I’m in my 5th week of the C25K (Couch to 5K) program.

I have been to the gym at least 3 times each week and in some cases more.  

I’m feeling GREAT. I’m feeling MOTIVATED. I’m feeling PROUD.
