Better late than never: Project Life, Week 15

I’m sitting on my couch at the moment. Trying to get caught up. We went on vacation last week and I left before I had a chance to finish my Project Life pages. I tried to work on them a few nights at the hotel – while the kids slept – but I was pretty exhausted myself, so now that we’re home I made the final push and got my pages done.

Here’s my first page … since I traveled for business this particular week it’s a little more about me and less about our family as a whole. I’,m okay with this … because that’s my life. Some weeks it’s all about the kids and Mike and some weeks it’s not.

Here’s my second page. I blocked out some of the journaling. Normally, I’m an open book. And I’m sure at some point I’ll share this particular story, but right now I’m not ready. I realized as I was putting these pages together that I didn’t take as many photos as I normally do. It helps that I have pretty good notes about what went down all week thanks to Momento and OhLife. I was able to look through what I had posted online and journaled about to come up with more text-based content.

This week I linked up with The Mom Creative and One Happy Mama. Both are filled with great Project Life inspiration.

Lovely pages! I’ve been taking photos since january and have yet to do a single page because I feel frozen with indecision on whether to do traditional paper or digi or hybrid. I was cruising for inspiration today and came across this post. Thanks for sharing your work, it’s helped me!
