Initially, Shelby and Cassius had a little trouble getting along. He was a little too big and too eager to give kisses for a not even two-year-old Shelby. But after a year of working things out and growing taller (Shelby), the two have forged quite a friendship. Shelby tells everyone who will listen that Cassius is part of her family.
