She does it her way

Check out Shelby's outfit. This is the fabulous look she put together this morning ... all by herself, of course. She has on blue Crocs. Orange and black Halloween tights. A red and pink Valentine's Day-themed skirt. A red and white striped long sleeved shirt underneath a black (Black Flag) t-shirt. I can't say that it's a look I'd put together, but Shelby loves to dress herself and was quite proud of this ensemble.
