All about me: The Letter E

This post is brought to you by the letter E ... here's a little peek at me and what makes me ... umm, me. This weekly series is "All About Me: from A to Z." Check out my inaugural post if you want to know more about why I'm doing this!

Eat: I can eat more food that most men I know. I was raised with four brothers and I’ve always said my mama fed me like a boy. Eating is almost always the very first thing I think of when I wake up. And much of my life revolves around what I’ll be eating and when. I totally recognize that I have a bit of an issue.
Exercise: Despise it. Need it. There was a time I exercised all the time. In the Army, I ran nearly every day. Heck, I even competed on a run team while stationed at the Defense Language Institute. But now, it’s next to impossible to drag my lazy buns out of bed. Worse yet, I think about exercising all the time. I plan my return to the gym. I dream about how great I’ll feel after a few weeks of yoga. I imagine myself crossing the finish line of a marathon. Where is the logic in this? Either I hate it or I love it.
Expense Reports: I know that hate is a very strong word, but I hate doing expense reports. It’s the one thing about my job that drives me nuts. I hate it. I hate collecting receipts. I hate having to take the time to account for the thousands of dollars I spend each month. I hate having to take what little time I have at home with my family and use it to fill out expense reports. If I had a magic wand, I would cast a special spell that magically completed and filed all my expense reports for me.
